Keath Silva is a trans poet, healing arts practitioner and the author of Lady Death and other Poems Venerating Change and King Crone and The Empty Nest.
Keath’s work provides a healing landscape on the journey of gender liberation and healing from trauma.
Keath’s poems are found in the lyrics of the following songs: “I’ll” by Figgy, Thank You My Allies by Alana Balagot and performed and recorded by The Trans Chorus of Los Angeles and have inspired songs by Amity Miller.
Keath’s Poetry has appeared in the performance of Masks and Metamorphosis by The Gay Freedom Band of Los Angeles and the Qosmos show with K. Bradford.
Keath’s poems have been published in The Trans Horizon and in the book The Advocate Educator.
Keath’s books have been a part of many high school and college courses on transgender studies.
Keath writes to bring healing both to themself and others and enjoys performing their poetry at Planet Queer and other venues in Oregon and Los Angeles.
