Abdominal Massage

Abdominal massage increases circulation to the abdominal and pelvic organs thus improving digestion and pelvic health. This external bodywork technique performed entirely on the belly and low back, gently repositions pelvic organs to their optimal placement, increasing the flow of blood, energy, and lymph thus promoting the body's inherent healing abilities.

Abdominal massage is an effective support to most health care plans for menstrual , prostate, bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, low back, libido, menopausal, fertility, erectile, digestive and pelvic floor issues. An added benefit can be emotional and energetic healing. Emotions and traumatic memories are often stored in the abdomen. Respectful, skilled massage techniques facilitate resolution and healing. Body work focused on the belly can also aid in reconnecting with one's energetic center of power and enhance one's creative flow.

Keath practices a dynamic collection of abdominal massage techniques including Maya Abdominal Massage as taught by Miss Beatrice Torres Waight , craniosacral therapy, botanical aromas and oils and techniques Keath has developed, through years of experience.

“I have experienced deep healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual planes. Keath is compassionate as well as comforting."

Ceremonial Bodywork

Ceremonial bodywork is a journey into the heart of who you are. These sessions open a door for you to meet your own inner wisdom and tap into deep spiritual and grounded support.

Keath blends together bodywork, energywork, craniosacral therapy, aromatic herbal oils, fresh plant brushings and blessings, sound healing, breathwork, hot and healing stones and animistic journeying into a nourishing session which facilitates calling home lost parts of yourself, reclaiming gifts and talents, birthing creative revelations, releasing relationships, energies and situations that do not serve you, and feeling more centered, grounded and vibrant in your body, mind and spirit.

“Something big shifted after having two sessions with Keath. I felt lighter, and a deep release within my emotional body. There was a sense of feeling truly seen and heard in the container he creates. I walked away feeling much better than before, and the session continues to serve me months later!”

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to promote movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

"Keath holds a very welcoming and very queer friendly space. During my session, I got to find physical/spiritual/emotional realignment, deep healing.

Prenatal & Postpartum Massage

Receive support and nourishment in preconception, pregnancy and postpartum with specialized massage techniques, ceremony and craniosacral therapy.

“Keath’s prenatal sessions fill me so completely with deep relaxation and release while giving me an opportunity to truly connect with my growing baby as well as my own feelings and intuitions. My pregnant belly craves these uterine massages and my thinking self can relax in the knowledge that I am setting the perfect stage for an ecstatic, peaceful birth. I was deeply honored to be given a birthing ceremony led by Keath and it was truly a magical experience. My heart was so completely filled with deep love and connection on a level that our current culture would like us to believe doesn’t exist. I am so grateful to them for keeping the path of wildness open for all of us out there that are seeking to follow it.

Holistic Healing should be accessible to everyone!

I believe that any healing of body, mind and spirit is only complete if it is accessible to all and the effort to end racism, transphobia, homophobia, fat phobia and ableism is an integral part of the process.
